Biography:	Ron Rath is a Vice President at Celerant Consulting Inc. and a Senior Automotive Analyst leading the Product and Process Leadership Practice for the Americas region. He possesses over a decade of automotive industry Experience having worked for General Motors and Diesel Technology Company (a Penske-Bosch Company). For the past 4 years Ron has been applying product and process leadership methodologies such as lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Shainin techniques in industries such as Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Mining, Software, Retail, non-Automotive manufacturing and Automotive OEM as well as supply base. Ron has a BS in Mechanical Engineering with an automotive specialty from GMI Engineering & Management Institute and an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Kettering University. Additionally he is the vice Chairman of the SAE Sections Board. His dynamic presentation style articulates these concepts in a clear manner with real world examples of how they work.
